血浆交换治疗从70年代在国外受到重视,郁知非教授于1982年开始用血浆交换治疗有严重肾功能衰竭的系统性红斑性狼疮,论文发表于美国《血浆治疗和输血技术》及我国《临床血液学杂志》,研究了换出血浆占原血浆百分比的计算方法和每一次最适当的交换量,测定治疗前后血浆成分变动幅度和时间,避免了国外交换量过大造成的物资浪费和低功效,当时国内尚无类似报告。我科血浆交换治疗血液系统疾病及其它免疫异常疾病如白血病、血栓性血小板减少性紫癜、系统性红斑狼疮、冷凝集素综合征、重症肌无力等。
科研方向:发挥暨南大学血液病研究所团队优势,形成特色:(1)造血干细胞移植。获广东省211工程重点学科建设基金资助,进行G-CSF诱导移植物抗白血病效应(GVL)治疗异基因造血干细胞移植后复发白血病研究,开展半相合造血干细胞移植。(2)血液肿瘤分子免疫发病机制和免疫靶向治疗研究。多次获国家自然科学基金资助,成果奖励,国际会议交流,发表多篇SCI论文,与多个单位合作开展应用研究。(3)脐带间充质干细胞(MSCs)蛋白组学、骨髓造血细胞抑制间充质干细胞向脂肪细胞分化研究,获国家自然科学基金、厅级及横向资助。国内首次采用蛋白质组技术分析缺氧及尼古丁对人脐带MSCs的影响,为间充质干细胞治疗缺氧相关疾病提供蛋白组学依据。
承担研究生、本科及住院医师规范化培训的全英及中文教学。开设两门公选课:《医患沟通学》及全英授课《Lifestyle and healthy life》,注重课堂、网络及社区教学相结合,“以问题为中心”、“情景模拟角色扮演”、“养老院及残疾人康复中心义工活动及医院导医”模式的实践教学深受学生好评。承担5门专业课程的全英授课。建设网络示范优质课程《(全英)诊断学》。我科在医师执业人文技能培训工作在广东省乃至国内颇有影响。主持省内外人文培训演讲,编写广东省卫生厅医师考核人文考试大纲、题库,作为全国医师定期考核人文医学委员会委员单位(中国医师协会),参与定期考核的考试大纲、题库及培训网站建设。历年来已毕业众多博士及硕士研究生,包括来自台湾的学生。

Introduction to the Department of Hematology
Founded in 1982, the Department of Hematology, initially led by Prof. Yu Zhifei, one of the most famous hematologists in China, who stimulated clinical and laboratory research of high quality, rapidly became the leading clinical and research center for hematology in Guangdong province and recognized across the country as a preeminent hematology center. The department takes an active role in training post-graduates, with doctorate-program conferred by the State Council in 1984 and is the key Academic Department approved by the Office of the Overseas Chinese Affairs of the State Council. The Bone Marrow Transplantation (BMT) center was established in 1997 to treat leukemia, lymphoma, multiple myeloma, aplastic anemia and thalassemia major, it soon became a nationally recognized BMT center, which was designated as the first transplant center in the southern china by Buddhist Tzu Chi Stem Cell Center in Taiwan. Its good reputation rapidly attracts many patients from both inside and outside Guangdong to the BMT center. The BMT team performs approximately 30 transplants annually including myeloablative and non-myeloablative matched sibling donor, and matched unrelated donor. The types of transplant include bone marrow, peripheral blood stem cells and cord blood. Recently, the team reported the first case of successful non-myeloablative matched unrelated stem cell transplantation in a thalassemia major patient.
We will dedicate ourselves to clinical service, teaching and research, and the department is committed to providing treatment of the highest quality and giving good service to meet the needs of patients.
